ManySends Subscription Terms

By signing up for a ManySends subscription, you and any entity that you represent ("Customer") are agreeing to be bound by these Terms as of the date of your first use of the Services (the "effective date"). Customer's continued use of the Services shall also constitute assent to these Terms.

1. License and Support

License Grant: ManySends grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for the duration of your subscription, subject to these Terms.

Support: We provide customer support through email, chat, and our help center. Support response times may vary based on your subscription plan.

Updates: We may update, modify, or improve our Services from time to time. Such updates may include bug fixes, new features, and functionality improvements.

2. Restrictions and Responsibilities

Termination by ManySends: We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms or for any other reason as specified in our policies.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but these Terms continue to apply to any activities that occurred before termination.

7. Warranty and Disclaimer
