Connect your WhatsApp Business account to ManySends to engage with customers through the world's most popular messaging platform.

Prerequisites

  • WhatsApp Business account
  • Verified phone number
  • Facebook Business Manager (for WhatsApp Business API)

Setting Up WhatsApp Channel

Navigate to WhatsApp Channel Setup

Go to Settings → Channels → WhatsApp Channel to start the setup process.

Connect WhatsApp Business API

Enter your WhatsApp Business API credentials and authenticate your account with ManySends.

Note: You'll need your API key and phone number ID from Facebook Business Manager.
