Connect your email accounts to ManySends for seamless customer communication.
Setting Up Email Channel
Navigate to Email Channel Setup
Go to Settings → Channels → Email Channel to start the setup process.

Configure Email Account
Enter your email credentials and configure IMAP/POP3 settings for your email account.

Use app password if 2FA is enabled

Set Up Email Routing
Configure how incoming emails should be routed and assigned to your team members.

Test Connection
Send a test email to ensure the connection is working properly before going live.
Success: Test email should appear in your ManySends inbox
