Campaigns

The Campaigns feature is a way for you to send outbound messages to your customers. There are two types of campaigns in ManySends:

Ongoing Campaigns

Use ongoing campaigns to send frequent outbound messages via website live chat. Set specific conditions that trigger these messages, like when a user spends time on a page.

One-off Campaigns

Use one-off campaigns to send SMS campaigns to groups of contacts. Perfect for announcements and promotional offers.

How to Create an Ongoing Campaign

    Navigate to Campaigns > Create Campaign

    Start by accessing the campaign creation interface from your dashboard.

    Select Ongoing Campaign type

    Choose the ongoing campaign option for continuous messaging.

    Set up trigger conditions

    Configure when messages should be sent (time on page, user behavior, etc.).

    Write your message content

    Create compelling messages that will engage your visitors.

    Configure targeting rules

    Define which visitors should receive your messages.

    Set campaign to active

    Launch your campaign and start engaging with visitors.

How to Create a One-off Campaign

    Go to Campaigns > Create Campaign

    Access the campaign creation dashboard.

    Select One-off Campaign type

    Choose the one-time campaign option.

    Choose your contact group

    Select existing contacts or upload new contact lists.

    Compose your message

    Write your promotional or informational content.

    Schedule delivery time

    Set the optimal time for message delivery.

    Review and launch campaign

    Double-check everything and send your campaign.

How to Edit or Delete Campaigns

    Go to the Campaigns section

    Navigate to your campaign management area.

    Find the campaign you want to modify

    Browse your list of active and inactive campaigns.

    Click the Edit button to make changes

    Modify message content, targeting, or scheduling.

    Click Delete to remove the campaign

    Permanently remove campaigns you no longer need.

    Confirm your action

    Review changes before confirming.
